Edge-to-cloud telemetry that turned downtime from surprise to schedule
We instrumented critical machinery with an edge-first Industrial IoT pipeline and predictive dashboards, so maintenance moved from reactive firefighting to planned servicing.

The challenge
Unplanned equipment failures interrupted production with no early warning, and site connectivity was intermittent and noisy.
Sensor data existed but was never captured or analysed — the machines were 'talking' and nobody was listening.
What we built
We built an edge-first ingestion pipeline that buffers and pre-processes telemetry locally, then streams to the cloud when connectivity allows — so no data is lost during outages.
Time-series storage and anomaly detection surface early-warning signals on live operator dashboards, flagging assets trending toward failure with a clear, prioritised action.

A unified HRMS, CRM & ERP suite with realtime location tracking and AI sales automation
We replaced a stack of disconnected tools with one integrated business suite — HRMS with realtime field-workforce tracking, CRM, ERP, and AI that automates sales follow-up and digital marketing — all on a single source of truth.
Read Logistics & Supply ChainAn AI-assisted operations platform that cut manual dispatch work
We replaced a tangle of spreadsheets and email with a unified operations platform, then layered an AI agent on top to automate dispatch triage and exception handling.
