This Privacy Policy explains how KGNIL Software Solution (“KGNIL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit https://kgnil.com (the “Website”) or contact us. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.
1. Who we are
KGNIL Software Solution is a remote-first software studio providing AI automation, business software (ERP, CRM & HRMS), websites, mobile apps and digital marketing. For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or reach out to us, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the type of enquiry, and the details in your message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you share.
- Information collected automatically. We use privacy-first, cookieless website analytics (via Cloudflare) that report aggregated, anonymous statistics — such as page views and performance — and do not build a profile of you or track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security, fraud prevention and reliability.
3. Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless — so you won't see a cookie-consent banner. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and running. If we ever introduce additional analytics or marketing tools, we will update this policy first.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information, quotes or services you request;
- To communicate with you about a project or your questions;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website;
- To keep basic business records; and
- To comply with applicable laws.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where required by law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR), we process your information based on your consent (which you give when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and Website. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
6. Sharing & service providers
We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the Website and respond to you, and only to the extent needed to provide their service:
- Web3Forms — securely delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox;
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and cookieless analytics;
- Email & WhatsApp providers — when you choose to contact us through them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
7. Data retention
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal records, after which we delete or anonymise them.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
As a remote business serving clients worldwide, your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent; and
- raise a grievance or complaint.
To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. For India's DPDP Act, our contact for grievances is [email protected].
11. Children's privacy
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-party links
Our Website may link to other websites (for example, WhatsApp or social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated policy.
