A rebuild that took a slow marketing site to sub-second loads
We re-platformed a sluggish, hard-to-maintain marketing site onto an edge-first architecture, lifting Core Web Vitals and conversion while cutting hosting cost.

The challenge
The existing site loaded slowly, hurting Core Web Vitals, search rankings and conversion on paid traffic.
Every content change required a developer, so the marketing team was blocked and shipping slowed to a crawl.
What we built
We rebuilt on a static, edge-first architecture with islands of interactivity — sub-second loads served from the CDN, JavaScript shipped only where needed.
Performance budgets were wired into CI so regressions fail the build, and the content model was restructured so marketing can publish without engineering.
